Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Columbus-Easton Area

The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Liked: The King room we had was very clean, as well as the entry way into the hotel, elevators and hallway.
Disliked: The breakfast options were limited, and my husband said the sausages didn't taste authentic. I did not eat breakfast it did not look palatable to eat.The King bed was not comfortable. Trying to exit onto the highway was challenging. Needed more lighting in the room.

Liked: The location was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was clean and also a good breakfast. It was so good that I extended my stay for an additional night.
Disliked: I didn't like that you could only get additional towels or room cleaned and bed linen changed until every other day.
