The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Liked: The staff was great and super helpful. The room was really big and comfortable
Disliked: Could be upgraded a little more the internet was down for a day but was a large outage so not the hotels fault

Disliked: The rooms were not cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and a half eaten candy bar on the floor. The bed was as hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin it was like a piece of paper. The tv would randomly turn off if you were trying to watch something. The buttons on the remote only worked sometimes.

Disliked: That i was in a bed bug infested room and had to throw away clothes . Had to move rooms at 5 am due to waking up cause my arm and face were burning . I get up turn the flash like on and seen the bed running on my pillow (have video)

Liked: Clean, tastefully decorated room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Sides of tub too high for disabled person to get in to shower, even with the slider board.
