The staff was very polite and accommodating, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies and the housekeeping crew. My room was very clean and fresh in appearance. In fact, everywhere I went in the hotel was clean and in excellent condition!

Liked: Breakfast is excellent. Scrambled eggs, sausage (link and patty) plus potatoes. in addition, yoghurt and bagels rounding out the menu. All well prepared and presented. Decaf coffee where many hotels don't provide that.
Disliked: Was disappointed in a couple areas. No computer terminal and printer for guests, which is useful for boarding passes (many travelers are not comfortable with QR boarding pass on their iPhones). More particularly the toilet in my room wasn't mounted securely to the sewer pipe riser. It wouldn't have taken much to tip it over with the predictable disaster. With finesse one could use it.

Liked: The room was very nice
Disliked: When I checked in, the lady at the front desk said there was $20 contingency fee. I didn't understand what that meant and questioned her. She asked if I had ever stayed at a hotel before. My understanding from her was this is fee if something should happen to the hotel room, while you are there. I had never heard of that before. I did stay at one of these hotels two years ago in Virginia. I felt awkward after this encounter.
