Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Columbia/Southeast-Fort Jackson

Nice stay and convenient location...

Liked: The room was very nice, bed very comfy, delicious hot breakfast, and nice guest laundry. Was close to Congaree National Park where we toured during our stay. Very nice stay.
Disliked: Couldn't connect to their wi-fi, kept asking us to join a membership or something to that affect.

It was okay

Liked: The room was really nice and the bed was comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great and when we were getting breakfast the staff was just standing in the doorway watching. It was uncomfortable like being watched. The hallways smelled like mildew and the elevator doors and walls were really dirty. The room was really expensive for a one night stay compared to other comparable hotels around. The pool wasn't great either.

Liked: Love the location and the hot is very clean and comfortable. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The GM, Kareem, genuinely cares about his guests and is very nice!
Disliked: Nothing

Great experience!

Not the normal standards for...

Liked: Breakfast choices ok nothing special coffee not hot The room looked clean but when you actually started to look closely no dusting had been done very dirty on any wooden furniture between fridge and shelving all filth very nousy people at 02 either coming or going slamming doors
Disliked: Dirty housekeeping very nousy she assigned us room facing highway guests made a lot of noise at 02 slamming door
