Disliked: Front desk lady worker could have been more welcoming. She did not smile. I had to ask what floor my room was on and I wasn’t told anything about breakfast times usually I’m told details about breakfast without asking and what floor my room is at 😅Pet deposit is $50 but I was never told prior to calling that it is actually $50 per day!I was traveling with a child so I put a lot of thought on what hotel I would stay at with an indoor pool when we arrived that night the pool was closed due to what was told to us to be a chemical imbalance and remained closed throughout our stay . The room was fine. We did find small ants in the bathroom on the wall but it wasn’t a lot of them so it didn’t bother us. The coffee maker in the room is in a very awkward place it’s at the very bottom of the tv stand, I just found that inconvenient. There wasn’t many channels or kids channels . Also the hallway carpet near the pool and workout room is bunched up and could be a trip hazard.
