Excellent facility, would stay there...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome, lots of variety, hot and cold items, something new every day. The location was excellent, there were several restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. The pool was closed for remodeling. We were there for a very busy weekend and he hotel was short on staff for room cleaning, but staff did the best they could with what they had.

The staff was great. They even made vegetarian eggs for the family beside us.

Disliked: It was dirty. The room was extremely hot and the thermostat did not work. There was mold in the bathroom, the ceiling in the room was falling apart, the pillows were flat, jacuzzi tub (the reason we got the room) was falling apart and there was no knob on the bathroom door, it didn’t even shut. We stayed in room 228. We went for my birthday to have a relaxing night and ended up leaving in the middle of the night because it was miserable.
