No hot tub which is...

Liked: Comfy beds. Nice location. Updated and clean
Disliked: We decided to pay a little more for a nice hotel with a hot tub we could use after a long day on the road only to find out after we checked in that they no longer have a hot tub. It still states that they do on the listing😖

Liked: The ladies checking us in and out were very nice. Our room was clean. Our floor was very quiet all except 4 trains that passed by during the night. The coffee was great and always ready. It was conveniently located. The showers were so hot, the entire shower, it was wonderful.
Disliked: Close to train tracks and multiple trains drive by throughout the night so wear ear plugs. The hallway carpet was disgusting. There were stains everywhere, there was dirt, crumbs and small pieces of trash under benches exiting the lower elevator both days we were there. I’m guessing they were preparing to remodel because couches were stood on end at the end of our hall. The parking lot has limited space. Pillows were awful.

Liked: Kim at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating!
Disliked: we were placed in a re modeled room, unfortunately we had to move once we got in there, the tv didnt work and we had a CHIEFS game to watch!! the pictures on booking.com shows a hot tub in the pool area, we were dissapointed to learn at check in that there was no hot tub there. one of the main reasons for us booking here..
