Liked: I liked that there was so many options for breakfast and that each one was able to customize. There was a lot of options! Every staff member had a smile and genuinely appeared to like their job and were very helpful!

Liked: Facility, location across the road from the Kenwood Mall, restaurants. We love the breakfast at the suites!❤️
Disliked: Our first room bed linen had an very odor!!!

The staff needs to be...

Liked: The drinks are offered through out the day.
Disliked: The TV is s not working, so we called the front desk. We were first put on hold for several minutes, so we hung up. Called again, it was picked up after about 10 rings, and the front desk replied that someone would be sent to the room to check. No one ever came. Went to breakfast at 7:00 am one morning, but the coffee and hot water were cold, which can only mean that they were left from the previous night. No new batch is served. The person in charge of breakfast needs to do the job better!
