Liked: The staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness and the location were amazing!
Disliked: The pillows were a little uncomfortable, they were a little flat once the air settled.

Disliked: The bed was a little hard--not a Marriott bed.

Disliked: I booked my stay on Booking.com April 4th. I get to the property April 12th and the man at the counter said my card had been declined. Impossible I have my confirmation and already paid through booking.com. He stated that Booking.coms card was declined. I had to then pay again for my room. The only thing that was said was this is what happens when using a 3rd party instead of directly dealing with the hotel. There has been no clarification from either side at this point!! Booking is asking me to rate my stay.... why!? I had to book my room at the front desk the night of!! something seems very fishy and would like answers but not getting any!!
