Liked: It was very clean and nice and quiet. Good breakfast.

Disliked: Air conditioning was very loud. Pillows were lousy

Disliked: Pool is NOT heated. Beds were hard. Uncomfortable to sleep in.

Just what I needed so...

Liked: Breakfast was good enough! I had eggs, toast & banana - just a basic breakfast for me.
Disliked: I’ll be happy to receive the credit for the extra $150 (not sure on that amount as no paper) that i won’t get for 5/7 days or something. That just didn’t make sense or be necessary.

Clean but uncomfortable.

Liked: Property was clean. I liked the option to check in and check out digitally. Toiletries were good in the room. Fitness center was great and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The digital key doesn’t work for one of the elevators and we weren’t informed, so I ended up stuck until the front desk person got off the phone. Hot water didn’t last through a 5 minute shower. Bed was absurdly firm and neither of us slept much.

Staff was nice , nice...

Liked: We love how the rooms look nice and clean
Disliked: We couldn’t find anything we didn’t like about the property
