So frustrated not to be...

Liked: There was NO HOT WATER for our showers!! We do not mind paying extra for the comfort. We were there for a funeral so it was especially disappointing not to be able to at least get a nice shower and the coffee is disgusting.The staff was awesome and the room smelt fresh and was very clean.
Disliked: COLD SHOWER NO WARM WATER and TERRIBLE COFFEE

The good outweighed the bad.

Liked: The breakfast spread was absolutely worth the money paid. A great variety and a good amount of food.
Disliked: The highway noise was loud enough to be annoying during the night. Next time I make a reservation I will make it for the 4th floor as walking and running late at night overhead was an issue.

Disliked: I know they have to be fireproof, but the hinged doors are extremely heavy! Any more health issues & I wouldn’t be able to open them! The pool was closed. I wish I’d known before I booked non-refundable!
