Unsafe could have been better.

Liked: It was a great room, the bathroom didn’t have a fan so it got hot and the shower curtain leaked but the room wasn’t bad. The breakfast was good, staff there worked hard on it and keeping it stocked. But when it was over crowded by unsupervised teens it was a nightmare. Whipped cream eaten from the container, pushing and shoving I could go on it was a mess. The pool was good kinda cold and shallow but kids would have loved it when not crowded by unsupervised out of control kids and teens. Which they were in it what seemed like nonstop 3 days out of our 4 day trip.
Disliked: More could have been done. I was hit in the lobby by kids not paying attention (at least 15 yrs old), then hit in the pool by same said group of teens. It was unsafe for our family and others to enjoy the property because of this large group. The staff could have done more to help this situation and keeping the other guests safe. Our 5 and 2 year old shouldn’t have to be worried about being struck by pool noodles and kids jumping over them into the pool while swimming. Also them throwing trash in and around the pool, swimming fully clothed in jeans and t shirts after being shoved into the pool. It was unsafe a reckless and ruined what would have been a nice stay. I’m very unhappy with how the staff at the front handled it all, we would love to stay there again as we visit the area frequently but after this is I’m not sure we will. The staff was very friendly but took zero control over the unsafe situation. We are asking for a refund on those nights.
