It was a decent property...
Liked: It was decent but there wasn't any real breakfast meat. Instead I had to use corn beef hash as a substitute.
Disliked: The pool was closed we learned of this upon arrival. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. My telephone in my room didn't work. The sofa bed has no linen. I had to go downstairs to retrieve it as well as an ice bag. When I went to get ice on the 3rd floor nothing came out I had to go all the way down to the first floor. Being as though this was my first time staying there I am unsure if I would give them another try.

Door didn't lock
Liked: Some of the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Well I didn't like how my room door didn't lock. And I still haven't heard any staff on getting a refund. Since I ended up leaving and driving back home. But they were booking up and couldn't move me to another room.

Not impressed ... And physically...
Liked: The assistant manager was nice
Disliked: Me and my husband drove 10 hours and booked this a month in advance We were there the hottest days of June It was 106° everyday The pool was down every day we were there we were lied to about when it was going to be reopened. The first night we checked in as soon as we got in our room we made a note to the people at the desk that our door was not working. We literally had to body slam our whole entire body in and out of the door every time we went to enter or exit, since then my back is hurting very bad along a 10-hour ride home.. They did not replenish any breakfast at all They do not ask you if you need more towels. The showers are so slippery and they do not offer bathmatch you have to hang on to both rails so you don't fall and my husband is a diabetic with part of a missing foot... The coffee creamer in the lobby had remained empty for our entire stay... Does stainless steel and elevators was absolutely disgusting where the buttons were nothing had been wiped down not once not even during the night crew!!! Everyday they told us that they would have maintenance there to fix the door, they never did nobody ever showed up We were never offered another room We even brought the assistant manager up so she could body slam the door open herself once for us, she noted she was going to handle this and speak to her manager and see about getting a night taken off are expense, even though it's through booking.com I would hopefully expect some compensation... There might even be a hospital bill due to my back... I'm not kidding!! We also have a disabled handicapped parking tag.... I would hope to hear something back soon!!!! I would not personally recommend this hotel to anybody.

I want to sue booking.com!
Liked: First of all, I will never use booking.com again! The property was filthy and dangerous. I cancelled my reservation as soon as I saw the hotel. I called your customer service (and that is so hard to do that it’s not worth the savings to deal with you) and the representative that picked up was from out of the country. I didn’t know this at the time but he did and he continued to stay on the phone with me and then hung up without ever helping me. I was charged almost $60.00 for that call. I have tried for days to get customer service and have not succeeded. I’m going to contact an attorney to see what my rights in dealing with your company.
Disliked: This property needs to be closed down until new management takes over. It is a sham to have them as a selection for someone who is unfamiliar with the area.

I would not recommend this...
Liked: location only. The breakfast was the only thing that was good.
Disliked: I was told to go to a room , the door was open . They had not clean room and bed . I went back to front desk . They send me to another room. Phone didn't work , the house cleaning had to come take someone else clothes out the room.I guess the place is going through renovations . Poor lighting

Great hotel ! Wonderful stay...
Liked: The front desk staff especially Chantel was amazing ! I loved the free breakfast it was so good
