Liked: the bathroom sink was clogged, toilet seat loose, and hand held shower head broken. We spoke with the front desk, after much discussion the issues were resolved. Took extra effort due to booking.com, however in the end issues resolved to our satisfactionThank you
Disliked: that becauses we booked with booking.com we were bounced around by the hotel saying they have no control because we booked with booking.com. From the client prospective, this is not our problem on how the booking works. The hotel is accountable for issues at their hotel.Thank you

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We found the room spacious. The microwave was a nice added touch. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The toilet paper was terrible!

Disliked: Front desk employee was condescending, possibly because I am a woman. When my adult son stepped up beside me to provide vehicle information, his attitude toward my son changed. He was ready enough to take my credit card but handed the keys and room information to my son and dismissed me. I regret I did not get his name. The fellow working beside him seemed much more pleasant to his customers. I know hotels cut cost wherever, but this hotel offered the cheapest toilet paper I’ve ever experienced. When guests come to my home, I put out the good stuff and your hotel should too!
