Had not stayed at a Hampton Inn before. The room was as good as any Marriott. The staff were all very friendly. Will stay here again rather than the Omni.

I was there for medical...

Liked: Did not have the breakfast
Disliked: Made sure all the bathroom dispensers were full before I checked in.Not charge for parking. I paid enough to stay there.

Comfortable but problems

Liked: It seemed very clean and comfortable
Disliked: The sink and tub water backed up. They couldn’t fix it when we let them know about it because of the time. I think spending $200 a night should guarantee the drains work well.

Very good

Liked: Hotel clean and very comfortable; breakfast good.Close to UVA hospital main reason for stay, perfect for walking to and from.But wow....train proximity not good. Thursday night @ 1:30 am ..bells ringing, trains moving for over an hour..yikes!
Disliked: Proximity to train tracks!
