Liked: The location and facilities were wonderful. The room was clean and neat, and the breakfast was fantastic. We will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

Very comfortable and clean room...
Liked: Breakfast was very good.I selected hotel due to it's location and proximity to venue I was visiting in the area
Disliked: It was reported to me by other guests that there had been a series of car break in the previous evening.When I enquired regarding security the staff member, who had not been working the night of the incidents, informed he was the sole staff on reception an the car park had no security cameras etc.

Liked: The front desk associate I cannot remember his name, but he was very nice upon checking in.
Disliked: Five vehicles got broken into in the middle of the night. This is a known issue at this hotel and there are Google reviews that I found later of people complaining that their vehicles have been broken into. Why the staff doesn't warn the guest?

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: About 7 cars were broken in overnight in front of the hotel entrance. All broken windows and searched inside. Apparently this happened a few times over the last few weeks and no notices or security cameras to protect customers. Unacceptable!

Disliked: Poor lighting at the parking lot,Multiple cars were broken into at night,Staff had no other response than "sorry that happened" No cameras overlooking the parking lot.

Liked: Lobby was inviting.
Disliked: Waited at the front desk for while. When someone finally arrived we were greeted with not "Hello" or "welcome" but " I need id and a credit card". The associate continued to be short and condescending throughout the interaction.
