Disliked: I asked for a handicap room and the room they gave me, the tolet was so low I had to always help my mom off the tolet.

Great stay for our vacation!

Liked: The wonderful lady over the breakfast was amazing. Her sweet professional spirit added a plus. We looked foward to eating the food she prepared. She was very attentive and greeted everyone with a smile.

Really nice hotel, Roz at...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, location was perfect closer to everything that we needed both Restaurants and stores.
Disliked: The only issue was our flight got cancelled so we spent only 2 nights instead of 3 as booked and we were told that there was no way we could get a refund for that extra night, something to do with the system not allowing it.

Very poor

Liked: The breakfast and location were great.
Disliked: The website very clearly states that the indoor pool is heated and it was not. The water was freezing and my kids could not enjoy it which was the whole reason for choosing this hotel.
