Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was central to outlet shopping and not too far from other attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay but we chose not to eat a second time because of sickness of kitchen staff who was obviously sick and preparing food.

Liked: I chose this location because of the value and timing. We had food deliveries and there was never a problem finding the hotel.
Disliked: The amenities within easy walking distance of the hotel were sparse, i.e., pharmacy, convenience store, grocery.

Liked: Staff was great. Beautiful lobby. Room was clean and a nice size. Mattress and furniture all very comfortable. Free water and cookies. Breakfast was good. Location was great, just a 15 minute drive to downtown, tours or plantations.
Disliked: Small things. Scrambled eggs at breakfast were dry and tasteless. No shower gel dispenser in shower. Only 4 tissues in the box.

Nice hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good for American standards, but still not comparable to European hotels. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Since the hotel is close to the airport it can get noisy throughout the day. The pool area needs a little more attention, towels …, and cleaning up trash after nasty guests. We visited before the Memorial weekend, so I’m guessing this was not a priority yet.

Liked: Very upscale in appearance, cleanliness, accommodations and staff! The outside seating area was very nice and comfortable!
Disliked: Can’t think of anything!
