Pleasant

Liked: The staff were all friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Although we only stayed the one night, our refrigerator was not working and we did find a small (live) cockroach in the bathroom. Also, there were some pebbles on the carpet in the bedroom, which made us question whether or not it had been vacuumed/cleaned.

Just what was needed!!

Liked: Room was wonderful and bed enabled a good night's rest. Breakfast was delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us visiting my brother in his final days. Definitely would book again if I had a need for stay in CH.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer!

Liked: They didn’t have a room for us they took us to a different hotel. We reserved the hotel months before
