Liked: Tavern right next door to the hotel and Cat's Cradle across a parking lot - PERFECT.

It was so nice to walk to the Cat's Cradle event from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful with places to eat and the staff at breakfast was so kind. They made us a sweet treat in the morning that was so thoughtful! :) Loved the experience!

Liked: Great location. Helpful staff especially Abby.
Disliked: AC nonfunctional in common areas like hallway, elevator. Lock on room needed adjustment because it was too difficult to open. Breakfast area was understaffed. She worked hard but tables were dirty, garbage cans overflowing, coffee needed refilling. Floors in breakfast area dirty. In our room 312, hook on back of bathroom door was broken.

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located to bars and restaurant.
Disliked: I had to wait in the lobby 3 hrs before going to the airport. It was very uncomfortable as it was insufficiently air conditioned. I was sweating while just sitting. My room was never made up during a three night stay. No minibar in my premium room. Door to room extremely difficult to open. Coming from hallway I had to kick it open very loudly. My guess is that the wood has swelled and the door will not open or close with significant force. Front desk staff did not even look up from her computer when I checked out. I will not return to this hotel.
