Exceptional
Liked: Very comfortable. We enjoyed the whirlpool, the pool and the exercise room. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Plus there were also fresh baked cookies from 5-7 pm. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Liked: Breakfast was awful. The quality of the food could definitely use some attention.
Disliked: I was asked how many room keys I would like but I was not informed that I would be charged for more then one key. I was unable to receive any amount t of my money back when I checked out a day early.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: The heater didn't work in the room had to use a electrical radiator heater but was not save for my children.

Liked: Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Mini fridge did not work. TV with DirecTV was annoying. How many stations have to carry the Shark vaccum informertial?

Liked: Place was clean and that is it.
Disliked: OLD OLD ROOMS!!!Room didn't have the privacy curtin. Shower water pressure was almost nothing hot water lasted less than 5 minutes.Pool temperature was cold, I contacted front desk to inquired about it and they said that is the temperature for the pool, and not forgetting to mention that the excess of chlorine in the water will make you come out with a headache and burn skin. I don't think these installations are worth $189 per night, which is what I paid from Sunday to Monday. !!!!THIS PROPERTY IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Poor
Liked: I liked the ease of booking. Parking wasn’t bad. Our room was located close to the elevator which was nice for the family. Kids loved the cookies.
Disliked: Room was in rough shape. Phone and TV did not work. Room keys stopped working the second night. I wasn’t able to use the app to check in. Breakfast was hardly edible despite having many options. Husband and kids were excited to use the pool but it was gross and cloudy.
