Great location but the room...

Liked: Close to where our event was.
Disliked: The room had a musty odor. Especially when the AC was on. The carpet was very dusty.

Liked: I love the space, the cleanliness of the place. The staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. We enjoyed breakfast and the food selection provided was amazing. Overall, great value for the price.
Disliked: One thing I would have preferred is to be able to cancel my reservation easily especially after I had just booked it. However, I will not sweat it, since my family and I ended up staying anyway and the experience was great.

Disliked: Everything was excellent

Liked: The property was clean, convinced and the security guard was the nicest person there.
Disliked: The young lady that checked me out Saturday night just has a very dismissive attitude. I don’t think it’s intentional, just her personality. In hospitality, you don’t expect this response or attitude from simple questions.

Liked: The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The front desk personnel was friendly and accommodating upon check-in.
Disliked: When calling to inquire about some questions we had over upcoming stay the person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. When I was asking the questions, you can clearly hear he was typing and not paying attention to what I was asking. And it sounded like I was disturbing him.

Liked: It was very clean. Housekeeping came every day. It seems a lot of hotels do not have that anymore you have to request.
Disliked: I have no complaints the room was lovely. The greeting when we checked in was great every one was friendly. Until the end.
