Great hotel and great location...

Liked: Everything was awesome! The room was huge and very clean. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. I am a very big crtic of hotel bathroom cleanliness and this passed with flying colors. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly.
Disliked: The bathtub was very small. It was hard to stand without your feet being on the curved edges; not particularly safe.

Liked: I like the fact that the property was able to accommodate me after spending another $400 only to find out that I have not received the refund that the manager told me I was going to get.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I was told by the manager I was going to receive a refund for a room that was booked and not used that I paid for. We’re reaching out via email. I have not received a response back yet.

Great location but the room...

Liked: Close to where our event was.
Disliked: The room had a musty odor. Especially when the AC was on. The carpet was very dusty.

Exceptional

Liked: I love the space, the cleanliness of the place. The staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous. We enjoyed breakfast and the food selection provided was amazing. Overall, great value for the price.
Disliked: One thing I would have preferred is to be able to cancel my reservation easily especially after I had just booked it. However, I will not sweat it, since my family and I ended up staying anyway and the experience was great.

Liked: The property was clean, convinced and the security guard was the nicest person there.
Disliked: The young lady that checked me out Saturday night just has a very dismissive attitude. I don’t think it’s intentional, just her personality. In hospitality, you don’t expect this response or attitude from simple questions.
