Liked: The staff was outstanding they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun with local recommendations and things to not miss. So helpful. Also breakfast was good and the room was comfy.

Good and not so good

Liked: This place has it all. Food, drink, live music, coffee shop, arcade, casino, water park. There's a designated area for dog potty with potty bags available And that's only what we utilized. There's a spa and, sports betting room and I'm surely forgetting some other fun things. My family of 20 stay here at once a year!
Disliked: We brought our puppy on this trip, and she whined and barked when we left her in her kennel in the room, as she was in an unfamiliar place. We didn't leave for long periods of time, and in the early evening, around 7, I received a call from the front desk that someone complained about her Barking. If this would have happened later in the evening, I would have totally understood, but at 7? Doors were slamming and people (I assume kids) running the halls well after 10 pm, so how's that ok? It really put a damper on our fun as my husband and I left the room in shifts to avoid another complaint for the rest of our stay. Very disappointed.

Very pleasant, clean, good value...

Liked: Always clean, staff very nice and professional and casino just a few feet away
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind as we always stay here when traveling to Burlington.
