Nice hotel overall, but the...

Liked: The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and family-friendly. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth.
Disliked: The pool was smaller and looked different from the photos. We found popcorn under the sofa, which raised concerns about the room’s cleanliness. The dining area wasn’t very spacious—more of a decorative setup than a practical one for families. Lastly, there was miscommunication about our late checkout; we were told via the Booking.com app that 1 PM was approved, but the front desk said otherwise, which made us rush—on Father’s Day, with two small kids.

Good location, good rooms but...

Disliked: Breakfast, nothing much and overall food choice was very very limited, just 3 items (see below comment), repetitive and below basic.In addition They mix the same dish with 3 compartments which included Pork/meat with Potato and omelet . Those who wanted to avoid meat and pure vegan could not enjoy the potato and omelet. Very Disappointing.This was a major issue for those who stay for few days. The management need to look into this seriously.

Peaceful and comfortable

Liked: I liked everything from front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was wonderful. I also really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about

Modern Comfortable and Clean

Liked: Comfortable clean spacious room. Comfortable bed. Sofa has a small laptop table. The shower is large with a low sill for easy access and the bathroom has a bright LED no-fog mirror. The room is equipped with lots of USB and AC ports for the recharge of devices. There is a breakfast buffet served on the main floor included in the cost of the room. Parking is free and they have two EV Type 2 charging spots. The front desk staff at both check in and out were very friendly. We have stayed here before and likely will again because it makes travel easy.
Disliked: The shower does not have safety grab bars. The location is fine when driving but it is not good for walking with no close access to parks, venues, attractions or shopping.
