Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Boise-Meridian

Overall a great hotel - clean, quiet, and friendly. Also a great location, close to everything we wanted to do - it was near the city center but was in a quieter part of town. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Liked: The hotel felt clean and was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. Staff was friendly and check in/check out were quick. The free breakfast was above average. It included eggs, potatoes, bacon, DIY waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and an assortment of breads and cereal.
Disliked: My only complaint was that the pool could use some TLC - less than half the jets in the hot tub worked and the whole area felt a bit dark and run down.

Liked: The staff running breakfast were exceptional. Charging amounts to one's room seriously needs to be addressed. The amount needs to increase or put a card # on file for incidentals like soda and snacks.
