Hampton Inn By Hilton & Suites Boise-Meridian

Overall a great hotel - clean, quiet, and friendly. Also a great location, close to everything we wanted to do - it was near the city center but was in a quieter part of town. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

Liked: The hotel felt clean and was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower had decent water pressure. Staff was friendly and check in/check out were quick. The free breakfast was above average. It included eggs, potatoes, bacon, DIY waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, and an assortment of breads and cereal.
Disliked: My only complaint was that the pool could use some TLC - less than half the jets in the hot tub worked and the whole area felt a bit dark and run down.

Good

Liked: Loved how clean it smelled, very modern and renovated. Loved the rooms having usable space and updated everything.
Disliked: I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. Loud stomping from hallways, upstairs, next to me. First hotel I've had issues with hearing noise coming down the hallway. I could hear my neighbors TV word for word. Staff was a little snooty.

Liked: It was a busy hotel next to a freeway but it worked for our road trip. The breakfast staff were especially nice and attentive.
Disliked: The shower was small and a staff member had to come fix the black out curtain for us. It was busy and the air conditioning unit was so loud I had to turn it off so my 2 year old could sleep.
