Really great stay. Beautiful historic renovation with a great room for my daughter and myself. We ate at the Century restaurant and it was delicious. Owning 3 restaurants myself I am the worst critic and every dish we ate was really very good. Great staff and overall excellent experience.

Liked: Dex! So helpful. Also Beds comfortable. Motel classical. Breakfast good.
Disliked: Valet parking setup is unavoidable, and one valet demands my key (for security reasons) while the other doesn’t.

Disliked: the elevators need more lighting. every time I used it or saw someone else attempt to use elevator it was very hard to see what floor you were pushing. Also, the in house restaurant and bar were not open long enough at all.

Perfect location downtown Birmingham.

Liked: The bed was super comfy. The room was clean. Very nice pillows. Breakfast was decent. The location was great, close to everything. Valet attendants were very friendly and their services were easy to use.
Disliked: Bathrooms need updating which I did see signs stating those renovations are soon to come.

Liked: We stayed on 7th floor in remodeled area. Everything was great . I can’t complain about anything about this stay. The staff is amazing!
Disliked: Oh yeah, the bar was closed too early on Sunday night. Just would have nice to return from the show to unwind in the bar.
