We had a comfortable, enjoyable...

Liked: Excellent, comfortable breakfast. Great bathrooms. Plenty of luggage carts. Easy, multiple entry/egress doors to parking.
Disliked: Need better signage at elevators showing direction of room numbers.

Disliked: Couldnt find anything I didnt like

Superb

Liked: Very comfortable atmosphere. The owners are going above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. Good free breakfast. Good coffee. Everything was easy and convenient.

Great stay

Liked: Great stay. Close to the university. Very convenient, close to stores. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The shower head could always be improved, but better than some.

Liked: Public spaces are nice--especially the lobby area. Staff was INCREDIBLY welcome and friendly.
Disliked: Room hallways are rundown--to the point of depressing and a little creepy for a single woman traveling alone with multiple entry doors leading directly from parking lot to hallway, HVAC in bedroom worked but looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Room was clean but also on the tired side. Options for electronic charging adequate. No closet--3 small wire drawers for clothes. Fine for a solo traveler but difficult for more than one. No places to keep luggage easily accessible as your temporary bureau. Do not understand high ratings for this hotel.
