Liked: Room was big and clean.The beds and pillows comfortable.
Disliked: They should replace the paper plates and plastic cuttleries, which is so much waste. It feels so silly that a hotel uses paper plates for breakfast.

Liked: Size of room was great. Comfortable bed. Clean and spacious bathroom.
Disliked: Our entrance door hinges were very squeaky (annoying). Breakfast was sub-par.

Liked: Ok, place. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Pretty tight room for 3 people. Washroom did not have a separate door and vent fans..We went for a conference and had to be there by 6.30 am. When my wife tried to make coffee and microwave same time the fuse went off while we use both appliances at the same time.Called the front desk around 4.30am. Carea who answered told me it will be fixed in 5 minutes. 15 minutes passed nothing.. called back she said she went through the circuit breaker and all looks good. She had contacted the manager Mike. I told her to try to move the circuit breaker on and of for my unit.. she said will do. But never got back to me with an update..when I called back she did not answer the call. I took shower in the dark get depressed and went down. No one was at the front desk. I called using the phone in the lobby. She came.. asked for updates.. she said have to wait for the maintenance to come till about 8 am. Though my wife was to be with me at 6.30am I decided to leave her and I went. When my wife came down she had met a guy(sorry she did not get the name) told him the situation. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes.I never got an apology from anyone including Mike the manager..I have few friends who are electricians and they said poor electrical work… this should not happen.I have never experienced this kind of problem in a hotel in my life..I am not sure how well the staffs are trained to handle emergency situations. This is one of the safety concerns too.I would think it will be fare for me get some compensation for this inconvenience..
