Liked: I did like nothing everything didn't work your didn't have enough staff to clean room pick up trash or dirty towels you had to do it your self.know hot breakfast.they lied saying they do.
Disliked: There security is not same every door you can just walk in.there suppose be lock anyone can just come in them all the doors that come to the room.every door need fixing there so bad.bay valley hotel need help to update everything.it not safe to stay there

Disliked: The beds were so hard. Didnt get much sleep. The shower door would it stay closed. Breakfast was okay. Otherwise room was pretty nice.

Top notch Staff makes for...

Liked: The facility has a nice aesthetic. The lobby is a beautiful and the rooms are zen. With quiet surroundings, this location was a great find for the rest and relaxation my family needed. The staff was just top notch! They were communicative and spot on. The staff were both knowledgeable and jolly. It really was a treat. After our three days, the staff became like good neighbors that made ya breakfast
Disliked: We didn’t stay longer lol. No complaints.
