Great staff great location to...

Liked: Friendly hotel staff
Disliked: No towels in pool area needed refilling maybe

Acceptable for the price, but...

Liked: Very clean room. Good water pressure in the shower. HVAC operating efficiently and quietly. Exceptionally friendly staff.
Disliked: Very hot in the common areas on the fifth floor. No air moving and clearly no operating air conditioning on that level. My recollection is that this was true in the common areas the last time I stayed as well, which I presumed at the time was an anomaly.The elevators are also showing signs of poor maintenance - metal access panels loose and moving during elevator operation, stains on the flooring from spilled beverages, and a general sense that the elevators are not kept particularly clean.

Disappointed

Liked: Clean and updated
Disliked: They advertise full hot breakfast and when we went to breakfast there was a continental one. when asked why they told me I should have been told. I had to go out for breakfast and pay.

Cancelled stay

Disliked: Notice sent that masks would be required in public spaces. I refuse to stay any where that draconian scare tactics are used again. Cancelled the booking on that basis

Liked: Close to highway
Disliked: The lamp was broken. There was dirty toilet paper in the bathroom when we signed in. No soap, just overall wasn’t clean. Said the bill was 170 and added an additional 75 which was unknown to us

Very good

Surprising and Perfect

Liked: It was tightly tucked away next to Sams Club and wasn't crazy about this BUT Bill I think his name was at the front desk was just truly the best gracious funny and so accommdating. My father has trouble walking and he switched our room to one that was available right next to the elevator so he would not have to walk very far at all - and gave water for us to take to our room. The hotel itself is not large and the interior felt surprisingly boutique-ish and comfortable - was so clean and the room was up to date, clean and really just perfect.
