Nice place to stay for...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready to go. Staff overall was fantastic.
Disliked: Pillows were very flat and bed was hard. They looked to be in good condition, just not my preference. I’ve seen other hotels offer firm and soft pillows

Not the best experience I’ve...

Liked: It was a convenient location for the event I was attending.
Disliked: I was traveling with a friend. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told those room types were taken & was given a king suite. If it weren’t for the sleeper sofa in the room I would have had to try to find a different hotel. The man at the front desk seemed to think offering me a water & free cookies would fix their mistake. It was poorly handled.
