Overall clean but they need...

Liked: Location and was clean
Disliked: Broken shower, staff said there was no maintenance there so I showered in vacant room

Absolutely loved everything about the...

Liked: The view of the mountains and the friendly staff. My son absolutely enjoyed the pool!
Disliked: I liked everything the only thing that sucked is we had room 509 and from the begging it was extremely hard to get the water to turn off in bathtub but our 2nd night it wouldn’t turn off. We ended up having to get a new room but staff was super friendly and nice

Exceptional

Clean, friendly and comfortable.

Liked: Love the friendliness of everyone from the front desk staff to the breakfast preparers and servers. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on at a hotel. I was visiting a relative at St Andrews within walking distance and there were plenty of places to eat close by which was a plus. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning and were still treated cordially. We changed accommodations a couple of times without any problem or extra charges.
Disliked: TV in the first room did not function.

Liked: Breakfast was great again, have stayed the last two times while in Aurora at this property, plan to stay again this summer.
Disliked: Nothing was an issue, staff were great, I arrived late due to flight and waiting for baggage and called prior to and the front desk made sure I was taken care of.
