STAY HERE!!

Liked: The front desk staff is amazing!!Chase, the GM was very prompt in getting guests checked in. (there was a system failure at the moment)Kabril, Front Desk Agent, has quite a bubbly and exhilarating presence.
Disliked: NOTHING!!Although we had to be escorted to our room due to the system being down, the management along with front desk staff, is the kind of TEAM that you want to have to experience a positive lodging stay.

All in all it was...

Liked: The breakfast, which was included in the room price, was great. Something for everyone, opened until 10am.
Disliked: My room was facing a building, so it was a bit dark. I asked for a change of room and the front dest clerk did make the change, however she asked her relief person to call us with the information, but no one did. So we returned to the original dark room We also had some confusion when we came back for a third night after seeing family, we were given a room key and stayed the night, but our flight was cancelled and when the we tried to extend our stay the next morning it seems the room was resisted to another person.

Liked: The location was perfect and in walking distance to my destination every.day.I was hoping for healthier breakfast because of my diabetes and other health concerns, but I think it provided good choices for individuals who do not have those same concerns.
