Disappointing

Liked: The room is clean, everything is fine.
Disliked: I’ve never seen a receptionist like that, it was a very bad experience with the receptionist at this place. I’ll never come back.

Liked: The staff was polite
Disliked: I stayed on the 5th floor and none of the elevators would take me from the parking level to the 5th floor. The first time it took me to the 6th floor, when the doors opened on 6 I pressed 5 again. The elevator then took me to the 4th floor. I tried the other two elevators and neither of those would open on 5th floor, they all worked going down from 5th to lobby and 5th to parking

Very good

Liked: Ice packs. Breakfast. Ease of checking in & out. Super friendly staff. Convenient to downtown.
Disliked: Would have loved to be able to adjust shower head settings. Carpet in room needed to be shampooed or something. 30 minutes barefoot & feet were solid black. Pool was so unimpressive. My child (who loves to swim) decided to not go back after 1 trip.

Comfortable stay

Liked: The location is very good & staff were super helpful and friendly. Check in was very easy & the staff was very helpful not only to me, but with other guest in front and behind me. The fitness center is a little small, but has all the essentials. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing, comfortable stay.
