Liked: Hotel was fine for a 1-night stay. Good location for the Pier but breakfasts could be better.

Liked: The room was wonderful, very spacious. The view of the bay were incredible!

Liked: Clean very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Lots of options. Nice room and ok staff. The only problem is they can seem to get the correct floor requested. this is the second time I've requested a certain floor and not gotten it. As i have vertigo its somewhat important to me. Other than that its really nice.
Disliked: See above.

Liked: Checked into room 309. Inspected the room before shower and found 6 pieces of long brunette strand hair in shower wall, shower head broken wasn’t working properly, ice bucket broken not sure why it was still used in the room. Brought these issues to the evening front desk staff. Asked to change room due to major cleanliness of guest room but was told we are sold out. Ok sure would be nice for them to at-least come up and clean and fix the issue we had brought to their attention but nope all I got was here you go a new ice bucket from a different room. Upon front desk handing me the new ice bucket more hair on the ice bucket. At this moment I was super disgusted. Front showed zero concerns of guest issues not do they care. Interesting business concept. I stay and also worked for and managed Hilton corporate properties definitely not the standard. Must be a franchise thing perhaps. Anyways moving one to day 2 of my stay. Breakfast was subpar to be honest. Nothing to rave about other Hampton Inn breakfast had better quality and variety. Also to note no front desk agents available to speak with when I can back from my outing after 6:18pm. The sitting area by the fireplace was completely dark. A group of other guests and I were sitting completely in the dark. Makes zero sense of guest area with lights off. So we continued to chat in the dark along with multiple other guests of the hotel. Are we saving money on electricity??? Not the normal hotel operations of a Hilton property.

Old and doesn’t prevent water from spraying out causing water to leak all over the floor causing slippery surface. Front desk friendliest, maybe some more trainer in customer service when issues arise on how to handle properly. Ultimately front desk staff presents at the desk. I noticed hotel has lots of cameras all over the hall ways and property perhaps some investigations on why no staff at the would be a good start. Lastly, turn in the lights in the guest lounge area.

Disliked: The extra provided blanket was ok but rough..There was only 4 thin pillows ..The bed was extremely firm Being of short stature the bed and the jetted tub was high and difficult to enter.

It was fine. Not memorable.

Disliked: It’s basic. Room showed a lot of wear and tear

Liked: Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub tun were clean and uncrowded, perfect for rainy weether!
Disliked: Trash can outside main entrance was overflowing and wind was blowing trash all over. Not a great first impression.
