Asheville Biltmore Village was a fun and pretty place to explore. I cannot say enough about the hotel, it was awesome.
Liked: First of all, the hotel was pristinely clean from the lobby to the beautiful room! Secondly, all the little details, like fruit infused water in lobby, the well thought out and organized coffee area and breakfast area. The people were so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing - nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in, and I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed in many of them.

Liked: The motel overall was good. Most of the help was useful and kind.
Disliked: The swimming pool heater needs repaired so it is warmer. Too cold for us to swim.

Not a good value for...
Liked: The proximity to local activities.
Disliked: Some upkeep is needed. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were rough. The pillows were like paper, I had to have staff bring up 4 more pillows and those were a bit better but still not the quality you’d expect for $300 a night. The unit we had was suppose to be a handicap accessible unit but it had a bathtub not a walking shower. The tub itself was tall to step over so not conducive for a handicap patient. The bathroom door also would not open and close without pulling really hard and someone handicap would have a very hard time doing that. The elevator had tiles taped down to the floor. My husband who is handicap had a very hard time navigating the shower situation. NOT ADA FRIENDLY. Worse part people come right outside and smoke by the door and staff doesn’t say anything. We will not stay here in the future. We are members but couldn’t enter our membership number on booking.com and not one employee asked us checking in or out if we had a membership to add. The staff was all friendly when they weren’t staring at a computer screen for 2 second’s. I would not recommend this hotel strictly because it truly isn’t ADA FRIENDLY and for the price not worth the money.
