Liked: Clean property, good breakfast, close to theme parks, secure property, close to nearby restaurants too
Disliked: One issue with a bed sheet hit it was remedied by the overnight manager and then checked on by the morning cleaning staff. All was well excellent staff very courteous!

Liked: Breakfast was hectic and ends at 9:30, which was a little earlier than should have been. Offerings were decent for a free breakfast but overall pretty standard. Expected more from previous stays at Hampton. Staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: As others have stated, overall very loud. Can hear other rooms and floors above at all hours. I did expect a more peaceful stay from Hampton Inn. Also room was in good condition, but was well-worn. Not as nice as I expected.

Liked: Loved the location, pool - spa was incredible after a day at Disney! Buffet breakfast was great. Room was small and bit tricky with four bags, but we weren't in the room very long.
Disliked: The desk staff were incredibly unfriendly. It was quite laughable to be visiting 'the happiest place on earth' but being in the grumpiest hotel! The cleaners were lovely, and a guy helping us at breakfast, but the front desk staff were shocking.
