Disliked: Wr had to change rooms due to a smell in the first room,but that was no problem, the staff were wonderful and the 2nd room was great, comfy sleep!

Liked: The location was convenient to downtown and very close to the Henry Ford museum. There were plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was helpful and suggested good places to eat. Detroit was interesting and fun!

Liked: The staff was great and the breakfast was awesome.
Disliked: We arrived on a Wednesday before the 4th of July that was on that Friday told our room would be cleaned on Thursday but not on the holiday but our room did not get clean on Thursday had to get clean towels on our own the staff heard & cleaned our room on the holiday. The t.v. didn't work at first it first didn't have good batteries then the staff put old batteries in still didn't work then need a sensor on it to work that was taped on the front of the t.v. & kept falling off. The pillows were like mush and the bathroom door was to hard to slide had to keep it opened. Oh and the room had no dresser had to live out of luggage for 4 days.
