A Pleasant Stay

Liked: Convenient location. Facilities as expected.
Disliked: all good

Disappointed with breakfast as well...

Liked: Breakfast decent but mildly warm not hot. Out of orange juice. Not much variety.
Disliked: The way the bed is parallel with the tv set is the strangest set up we have ever had in a motel room. Very difficult to watch tv in bed without straining your neck. The pillows were disgraceful no support at all.

Good family getaway

Liked: The breakfast was good. Had a lot of variety. The hot food was very salty, but it was hot and constantly refreshed. The kids loved the waffles and waffle bar. The people working at breakfast were great. It was just outside Albany so it was not too crowded or loud, which we appreciated. It was also near restaurants, so we had a lot of options for dinner. The pool was the greatest highlight for our family.
Disliked: Not much. Overall, it was a very nice hotel.

Disliked: The amount of issues I had with the refrigerator, the TV, the being checked out a day earlier causing me to be locked out. The having to change rooms after I had unpacked

Liked: Good location, great outdoor area. Good breakfast.
Disliked: No toiletries or cups in bathroom.

Overall a good stay

Liked: Close to family area was clean. Front desk staff helpful. I had to extend my stay by a day due to an unexpected family wake and doing that was hassle free.
Disliked: The keys kept stop working even when we did not place them near anything at least 4 times had to go back to front desk. Sensor light in bathroom worked ok until you were showering and would shut off mid way which is a bit inconvenient when shaving one’s legs.
