All in all, very nice...
Liked: Hotel was clean, modern, service was efficient and polite, the rate was better than other hotels (by a little, but still...every dollar counts), breakfast was good enough (the hot choices were just okay) but the selection was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast - the eggs were not great, the orange juice seemed really watered down and the bread/baked goods were pretty dry. However, I really did like the coffee/tea service that was always available. That was a very nice touch.

Liked: The location was perfect for where we needed to be located for meetings this week. The staff was very helpful and good-natured. The breakfast was reliably good.
Disliked: It could use another elliptical or two in the exercise room.

Change your front desk staff...
Liked: Given a room near the lift and opposite 2 other doors with a neighbouring room despite the fact that we asked for a quiet room. The A/C was noisy and flashed a green light all night. We also paid extra ££ for our 2 Queen beds and yet the room had 2 Double beds. The room looked towards the car park and was noisy and It didn’t help the fact that we had a gentleman in the next room who snored whole night from about 9:30pm onwards which is obviously not the hotel’s fault . However, when we complained about all 3 issues we had to the receptionist J , who was not very accommodating and said “ even if he puts us elsewhere it maybe noisy and we may not like it and shrugged his shoulder“ Our stay for 3 nights saved by the hot and pool and the brilliant Hispanic lady who was running the breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend putting this smiley, beautiful lady in the front reception who probably would do the front facing role of a receptionist much better than this man who dealt with us! My complaint has been sent to HQ and I’m waiting for a response. The only truly good thing about this place is that , the hotel opened their doors to wildfire victims who stay there until their house is fixed/built as their insurance company paying for their expenses but this seems to effect the receptionists attitude in the way where they make you feel they do not need your custom as they are full already. Such a shame that you don’t treat everyone with the same respect that they all deserve . My rating is based on this individual we found ourselves dealing with day in day out , which was POOR ! Great breakfast with different choices everyday added on and taken off , great housekeeping staff! Iron in the room broken and the water spilt everywhere! By that point we no longer bothered to deal with the same man at front desk !
