Very convenient location for us...

Liked: Staff - at front desk were terrific - very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was okay. It was nice to have bottled water available at the front desk and apples/oranges in the common area.
Disliked: Did not like that room wasn't cleaned every day. When I asked about this I was told that rooms have not been cleaned every day since Covid - that was years ago so do not know why cleaning hasn't returned to normal.

Disliked: We were on 4th floor. It smelled like sewage. A staff member kept trying to spray stuff to cover the smell. It didn’t work. 2nd floor was horrible ceiling tiles down main floor wall part peeling..It was hard to be on our level we kept sitting in lobby to eat and had kids color. The smell was so baf

Once your construction is done...

Liked: Pool was really nice. Especially since it was heated. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Open construction was kinda off putting getting off the elevator to our floor. I can see why other reviews complain about the shower and mold. Check the bottom on the inside door. The one that doesn't move. Don't take showers between 12-3. Only cold water. Even after letting it run. Straight cold.
