A great hotel for a...

Liked: The rooms were great for 3 people, the beds comfortable, access to the property was easy and the staff was very cordial. Also, the breakfast was plenty adequate with several too many choices for any type of dietary needs.
Disliked: Nothing as all was really good here.

Very disappointing

Liked: Not much!
Disliked: The entire hotel was tired and dated. Our room smelled sweaty and unaired and the bedding smelled too - in fact with hindsight I’m not even sure the sheets were clean. Breakfast was not great either!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything. It was a great location. My husband loves Indian food and I love Taco Casa. Both of these were minutes from the hotel along with Walmart.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Alex was very personable and the breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The elevator could have been cleaner.

Liked: The Cafe lady was very nice. I asked her for a straw and she stopped what she was going to assist me. Very friendly! Most may say that's her job but in today's world, people in customer service and hospitality are just rude for no reason. So I appreciate the little things
Disliked: Pricing. Just because the state meet is there that does not mean you almost double the rates lol

Liked: Alex at the front desk made the process easy and was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff was friendly and attentive to all our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Happy I stopped!

Liked: Eric was absolutely amazing! He changed the whole mood of the day to end positively not just for myself. Very kind and helpful. If in the area I will choose this Hotel again simply to see Eric again.The lady serving breakfast (didn't get her name) was very helpful as well and so sweet.What a pleasant change this was to have such nice people when arriving after midnight.
Disliked: The blow dryer didn't work right.Other then that everything was great! I loved my room.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Facilities were somewhat clean.
Disliked: Noisy! I could hear everything outside our room. The people above us were extremely loud and we could hear every conversation going on outside our room. The coffee was not good either.
