Clean, safe and convenience.

Liked: Clean. Beds comfortable. Great location
Disliked: Breakfast disappointing. Few options-things were not restocked. Even the waffle batter tasted terrible. Coffee was terrible. I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and usually enjoy the breakfast.

Liked: Rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Check in was a slow process - they were having issues, the Hilton app wouldn't work, and the front desk staff was rude. Housekeeping also rude.

If we return to MS...

Liked: Location to Starkville was perfect. Diamond at the front desk was easy to approach and ask questions about local restaurants and amenities.
Disliked: The entrance off the road is VERY CLOSE to a red light. Busy intersection. A little unnerving trying to pull in/out.
