Liked: Rooms were clean and breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: Check in was a slow process - they were having issues, the Hilton app wouldn't work, and the front desk staff was rude. Housekeeping also rude.

Liked: Location to Starkville was perfect. Diamond at the front desk was easy to approach and ask questions about local restaurants and amenities.
Disliked: The entrance off the road is VERY CLOSE to a red light. Busy intersection. A little unnerving trying to pull in/out.

Liked: Not much..trays were empty or 85% empty 30mins before end..and another day at 8.20..90mins before end..breakfast person was rude when asked about refilling trays..unless you wanted boxed cereal or yogurt you were out of luck..prepared foods such as meats, pancake mix, Potatoes, eggs were too much effort for her to restock...bugs were seen on coffee drain pan under carafes.
Disliked: We could not get a printed receipt at check out..Were told that since we used a 3rd party to book, we'd have to obtain from them.I used booking.com..my sister used a different 3rd party..Kayak, trivalgo etc..NOTE: cleaning staff upstairs was wonderful..pleasant, helpful.Rates at $200 were higher than other properties you sponsor..we expected as good of service and attitude as a lower priced property.
