It was definitely a great experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever seen. The staff was courteous and quickly responded to all of our requests. Overall, this was the best vacation I have ever been on.

Liked: Everything was perfect.

The staff was very friendly...

Liked: The location of the property was wonderful! It was a five minute walk from the arch. Also the parking was great. If you have a larger vehicle they offer an option to park outside the parking garage in a gated area.
Disliked: The pool water was very cold.

Great room and meal. Upcharge...

Liked: Breakfast was a 10. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had great options for breakfast. Hot and cold
Disliked: I didn't like that the only microwave was located in the lobby and I had to pay for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at, you charged me $33 a night on top of the grand I already spent to stay the week for. That's not right of a highly recommend place to charge paying guest to park at your hotel they paid to stay at.
