It was definitely a great experience. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever seen. The staff was courteous and quickly responded to all of our requests. Overall, this was the best vacation I have ever been on.

Liked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: Convenient downtown
Disliked: Air conditioner did not work properly. Did not go below 74 degrees during stay. Had to ask for a fan from staff due to heat.

Amazing staff

Liked: The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The location felt very safe and was close to everything. Best part was that they allow a golf cart tour driver to park outside who will take you all over the city. Will definitely stay again
Disliked: The first night, we got back from the ball game and the shower didn't work. But we let the front desk know and the sent up a maintenance man and he had it fixed in minutes.

Happy with the stay.

Liked: It’s right downtown, very close to everything. The room was clean and the view was great. I couldn’t get the AC to crank down as low as I would have liked, but it wasn’t hot by any stretch. I just like meat locker temps. The water pressure was fine and no problem with hot water. Fridge and all the basics in the room(no microwave). Bed was pretty firm, had a little trouble sleeping. Linens were comfortable. Building is older, I had stayed here decades ago but it had been decently maintained. Staff I spoke to were all friendly and helpful. We didn’t do the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. Parking was $30/night. Average downtown. The garage is tight, but no getting around that.
Disliked: After an event the traffic gets clogged around the hotel because of the ramp to the MLK bridge. Just something to note. We were there for a game and it took a few to manouver ourselves to where we could get to the entrance.
