Liked: Room was a bit dirty, the TV did not work and no one was able to fix the problem. Breakfast was ok. Staff not very helpful..
Disliked: Property was near the historic area, good price.Beds were very comfortable.

Nice place, but not quite...

Liked: I liked that it was central and close to the area of interest, the spacious room. Vanessa, the girl at the reception, was very nice and helpful and gave us a warm welcome.
Disliked: I didn't like that they never gave us room service and the person in charge of providing breakfast had a terrible attitude and efficiency. The food was running out and the wait for a refill was somewhat long. The quality of the food is good but the service in that area is poor.

Liked: I like how clean the staff kept Hampton Inn and everywhere always smelled fresh and clean .. The staff contacted me daily via text to find out how our stay was going and if we needed anything .
Disliked: Some of the charging ports in the room didn't work for charging a laptop or phone .1 did work by the bed.

Disappointing facilities, decent staff.

Liked: Staff was very nice, breakfast good, and rooms were clean.
Disliked: First room had a broken toilet. Second room had an AC that leaked all over my girls stuff overnight, lots to replace. No offer to help/discount/anything, just that maintenance would come up soon (never happened).
