Liked: Staff was excellent we arrived late and 2 ladies were so nice and helpful for our business trip
Disliked: Bed was noisy , bedsprings were load when moved on the bed

Disliked: I didn’t like that our rooms were not cleaned daily. For the cost of the room I expected daily cleaning. The lady at the front desk told me rooms are cleaned every other day and that’s unacceptable for a room that cost $200 per night!

Cool rooms, clean beds and...

Liked: Hotel was very clean. My family was very comfortable during the entire stay. Breakfast was ok wish they had pork free protein (that's my personal preference). Complementary coffee station was great. Our room had microwave and refrigeration which was great (as of late many hotels have reduced placing microwaves in the room).
Disliked: It was just the location and maybe the city. Praying for better days for the Springfield community. Other than that many good spots to choose from, close proximity to the event location.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful pool and our room was quiet and clean.
Disliked: We requested a room on the first floor by the pool because we love to swim. I believe the ventilation system needs adjusting because our room had a musty smell. It was very noticeable when entering the room.
