Sleeping in a Construction Zone

Liked: The room was clean and large. Loved the room. Beds were comfy. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Spent almost $150 to stay the night at a construction zone and be woken up at 8am by consistent banging, and an impact drill. It would have been nice to have been told they'd begin loud construction DIRECTLY outside our room (224) at 8am sharp. Checked in for a night to get some sleep from a long drive from Florida before continuing on.

Liked: Very disappointed that it was under construction. Loud during the day as workers were busy outside. Pool area closed and unable to use it. Wish we would’ve known this ahead of time. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged us every time we passed the desk. Hot cookies available daily. Close to restaurants and short driving distance to great mall!
Disliked: Pool closed, construction, very busy street.

Disliked: Staff is not pleasant. The remote needed batteries, and the staff would not help.They are doing big construction on the hotel. They wanted to charge $250 fee to hold on my card, which is more than the cost of a one night stay.
