Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. I love the latest design updates. I love the luxurious feeling shower door! The rooms are always clean and so quiet. I also love the locations because it’s tucked back in the trees with no thru traffic and very little traffic noise.
Disliked: We were supposed to get maid service after our second night and our trash needed emptying and towels replaced. (And used one’s taken away.) However, we did not receive maid service at all. I called the front desk and they did send up some towels and washcloths, but there was no way to empty trash or take away used towels. It made the room feel cluttered and dirty.
