Was the worst hotel stay...

Liked: In a great location with so much near by
Disliked: Mold in the room(the wall and ceiling in a corner and the ring around the bath tub, falsely advertised hot tub as there is NONE, very dirty pool with dirt wads of hair and false nails, I left the do not disturb sign on my door and when I arrived from an outing for the day housekeeper had gone in and taken out towels and restocked. Any concern brought to the staff members and they just said they would notify someone. Breakfast was ok, hot foods(eggs, potatoes, and sausage) were not really edible.

Liked: The breakfast is now leaving a bit to be desired. The omelet was rubbery, but it is frozen and then heated in a microwave oven. There were no bananas this time around.The coffee was very good.
Disliked: The call prior to checking in was anxiety-producing. I called three days or so in advance to make sure that we had a first floor room, facing the parking lot. My husband re-broke his foot this Spring. Adam answered and was extremely stressed, having to answer the phone as well as deal with check-ins. He had no idea that we requested a room facing the parking lot and could only give us one in the back. I called Corporate and they told me that it was evident on the communication that they received from Booking.com (?) What is this NOT communicated to the property?
