Liked: Very nice clean hotel
Disliked: The front desk lady was very rude and did not care the the hotel was over booked and could not give me a king bed. After going back on line and looking at availability of rooms went back down to re ask about a king room and the lady I spoke to was leaving so I spoke to another lady. She was nice an apologetic about the first lady's attude. I stayed what had happened an that I had just looked online and they did have a king room. She loved an said yes they did have and had no problem giving it to me.

Disliked: There computer system is messed up so I paid online through booking.com before got to the property and they were sold out now I'm waiting on my refund because no manger was on staff. I need you to get ahold of them and get my refund. It's ridiculous that I went through your site and then get to the hotel and they were screwed up. I had to pay $260 at another hotel plus the $180 from this hotel out of pocket i just want my refund.

Disliked: Bookings reservation didn’t come through by the time we get there. The confirmation number I had wasn’t working in their system. We stood there 37 minutes, my child had been in the car all day and was crying at 1am in the lobby. We asked if we could get another room in the meantime, but they said they would have to charge us again, even though I had proof that booking already charged me. They called their reservation hotline and no one answered. I called booking and then they called the hotel, but hung up when the hotel answered. We left to get back on the road and they called about 15 mins later saying the reservation came through. I was not impressed how we couldn’t have just been given a room, we had proof that we had a room reserved and was charged.
